2026 Tee Ball & Baseball Registration Now Open!

Registration for the 2026 Tee Ball and Baseball season is now open. Click the link below to register your player for the upcoming season.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to:

• Sign a Player/Parent Code of Conduct
• Review and agree to the new Volunteer Policy
  • $150 deposit check per family
  • 3 volunteer shifts per family (not per player)
  • Checks can be mailed to MBA PO Box 68, Madison, SD 57042 OR will be collected before players receive jerseys.

The Volunteer Policy went into effect on January 1, 2026.

Madison 14U Legion, Jr. Legion & Legion Post 25– Registration Open – CLOSES MARCH 15, 2026
14U – Born in 2011-2012
Jr Legion – Born in 2009-2010
Legion – Born in 2007-2008

Tee-Ball – Registration Open – CLOSES MARCH 15, 2026
(If you turn 5 before May 1, 2026)

Madison Youth Baseball (8U, 10U, 12U) – Registration Open – CLOSES MARCH 15, 2026
8U – Born 2017-2018 (Players may choose to play 8U if completed one year of TeeBall and has a birthday between January 1st, 2019 and May 1st, 2019)
10U – Born in 2015-2016
12U – Born in 2013-2014
